Message	It has all the gaskets you need to reassemble the engine. Since your gonna have the heads off you could replace the head gaskets with the Greddy metal ones so you can run higher boost. As far as total seal rings, it seems I've heard more bad than good about them. Could just be who I talked to tho....I have no experience with them.
